Mobile Massive Multiplayer Trans-Reality games can make lots of money for mobile game developers/publishers?

Possibly so! If we go by what have been discussed at TechCrunch earlier today and some other blogs in the last few days, lots of people seem to like Mobile Massive Multiplayer Trans-Reality games. So, what the f*ck are Massive Multiplayer Trans-Reality games anyway?

I’m just an idiot but I think MMTR are those kind of location-based games that allow multiplayers to interact and play something that combine the real world out there with their games (make any sense to you?).

A good example can be found from games developed on the JOYity platform. So far three games have been born on the JOYity platform; City Race Munich, Roads of San Franscisco and YouCatch. Take a look at the following video to see YouCatch in action.

So, what do you think? Can Mobile Massive Multiplayer Trans-Reality games make lots of money for mobile game developers/publishers?
