The technology is developed by Nokia Research Center (based in Helsinki) but based upon what I have read at the Nokia Conversations Blog, the technology is not for home use. Nokia is thinking of letting retail stores have access to the technology, so that retailers may stuff your mobile device with downloadable apps, games and etc before you leave their stores. Think of it as a clever bait to make you spend more money on digital products. :(
