MacBook Brick: Made of a block of high quality aluminum?

Surprise, surprise! But that’s what Seth Weintraub from 9to5Mac said yesterday. MacBook Brick will be made from blocks of high quality aluminum, normally used in making aircrafts/airplanes!

Seth further added that the manufacturing process has been outsourced to either some Taiwanese or Chinese manufacturers and they are using laser and water jets to carve the MacBooks from blocks of aluminum.

Take note that world will know more about MacBook Brick next month, possibly on October 14th. Until then, prepare to treat yourself with more rumors about MacBook Brick in the next couple of weeks. :-)

By the way, many tech geeks and suckers of Apple products believe that Apple’s so called revolutionary MacBook-making process will lower down the prices of future MacBooks and other products from Apple.

Do you believe them? Do you really think so?

I have my doubts; Apple is well known for introducing expensive revolutionary products in the past. I’m rather surprised to see that Apple geeks swallowed Apple’s whole hooks, lines and sinkers. It only shows that Apple geeks are such easy preys. :-)
