GoldMail: Voice-Over-Visual Messaging that burn up wallets

Would your company be willing to pay $8 to $10 per month (per user) to let you and your office mates use a brand new mailing or messaging concept, GoldMail, that boldly pronounced that it is more personal and powerful than conventional emails and voicemails?

I seriously doubt it but take a look at the following videos and see if it is powerful enough to convince your company’s decision makers in this time of economic uncertainty.

I’m sorry for being sarcastic but even Jason Kincaid from TechCrunch is not at all convinced with GoldMail’s Voice-Over-Visual Messaging services. Check out what he had said:
… That said, GoldMail is only useful when the message contains something I know I want to hear about. For unsolicited communication the service would grow old quickly, as there’s no way to skim through a message to see if the content is worthwhile in the first place - if I started receiving multiple GoldMail messages a day, I’d probably skip them altogether…

I don’t think GoldMail will takeoff at all. Besides, who wants to pay monthly licenses to use something that is not yet popular among businesses, especially in a time where the global economy is in the slump?
