Create cool lens effects (bokeh, vignette, tilt-shift etc) without the use of expensive camera lenses and filters?

The newly released Photoshop plug-in is called Topaz Lens Effects (available for Windows and Mac) and the company behind it describes their new toy that should interest designers as:
"… a new virtual lens, filter and specialty camera plug-in. With 20 camera, lens and filter simulations and over 150 presets, Lens Effects takes the power and functionality of your traditional camera ‘accessories’ and packages them in a convenient, flexible plug-in.”

Sounds cool! Sounds great! But would it be able to replace those expensive camera lenses and filters? I don’t know but we have a way to find out without burning our thinning wallets. Download its 30-day free trial and test it out. If you’re happy with it, you can buy its full release for only $49.99 instead of $79.99 by using its ‘lenstatic’ coupon code.
