USDA launches Interactive Map to promote gardening and help gardeners socialize

The interactive Google-powered map is part of USDA’s new nation-wide People’s Garden campaign that was first launched way back in February 12th 2009. The People’s Garden is the platform currently used by USDA to encourage Americans to create living gardens that incorporate sustainable practices and of course benefit their surrounding communities. You can get more information about this excellent campaign from USDA, Twitter and Facebook.
