How about lavishly spending $2164.89 on a new MacBook Pro at a well known store and to your utmost shock, they send you a slab of paving stone instead of the real thing?

Sounds impossible and believe it could never happen to you?

Wrong! That’s exactly what has happened to Ryan and today he’s a very frustrated MacBook geek.
