Record and spy on your visitors: Userfly, Web Usability and Analytics tool

The best way to increase online revenues and improve site/blog usability is by understanding and knowing how visitors react and interact with your site/blog. There are many Web Usability and Analytics tools to help you do that but based from personal experience, tools that can actually spy on visitors and record what they were doing on websites/blogs are best for bloggers and webmasters.

Today, I have just the tool for you. Check out Userfly and you can see it in action down below.

Other than recording visitors’ interactions or online activities, Userfly also records IP addresses, browser types, date and time of visits. I dare say that Userfly is one of the best spy tools we have today. :)

Take note that Userfly has two plans:
  1. The first one is free, it has limited features and you can only record 10 visitors per hour.
  2. The second one is pretty much unknown (perhaps pay-per-visitor) but there’s no limit here and you can record unlimited number of visitors. You have to contact Userfly, let them know what you want and they will give you an estimate soon afterwards.

I will consider Userfly as one of my Essential or a Must-have Web Usability and Analytics tools for 2009. I have been using a few other similar tools (Crazyegg is one of them) but I think Userfly has more to offer in the near future. Check it out!
