FriendVouch: Word-of-mouth Marketing will one day kill social networks

I share the same feelings with Mike Butcher from TechCrunch UK, word-of-mouth Marketing services such as FriendVouch will one day piss off everybody and may even kill social networks one day if social networks adopt such despicable money-making marketing strategies as their own.

FriendVouch, Review, Make money from social networks

Imagine a word-of-mouth marketing service that wants you to recommend products or services to your friends and family. If they like your recommendations, you will submit their contact details back to the word-of-mouth marketing service provider and they will follow up and seal the deal, as American internet marketers are fond of saying.

It should be okay if someone recommends something once in a while but what would happen when somebody does that every single day!?

Perhaps FriendVouch should learn from the mistakes made by many greedy and unscrupulous internet marketers that have lost their businesses in the past. Here is a lesson for FriendVouch, never ever conduct aggressive marketing styles at social networks.
