Google Blog Search has a new Blog-Friendly homepage!

I have wonderful news for bloggers; Google Blog Search has rolled out a brand new homepage that is definitely blog-friendly. Bloggers that are fond of blogging about stuffs covered on some other well known blogs can finally find their links nicely grouped with the rest at Google Blog Search.

Google Blog Search, New Homepage

I have taken a quick peek at it and found that the all new Google Blog Search is much better than Technorati. Great! Jason Kincaid from TechCrunch seems to like it too, describing the changes as something that closely resemble TechMeme and Memeorandum. Jason however believes that Google Blog Search needs to do some homework before it can really replace TechMeme:
Google may be able to create a useful tool, but that may not be enough to overcome the established leaders in this space. In 2007 the New York Times launched its own TechMeme killer, which has largely been ignored. There’s something about TechMeme which keeps bringing people back to it.

I strongly suggest bloggers to give the all new Google Blog Search a try today. See if it can bring more traffic and exposure to your blogs. Get cracking, folks!
