What can you do with those PLR & MRR Products?

Fellow home based business entrepreneurs and online money makers working from home, if you have private label rights to a product that you downloaded from a giveaway, you can actually use that product as an entry level product for another product that you either created or have PLR, MRR, or resell rights to. If you have private label rights, you can even choose to give that particular product away.

Before you do anything at all with a PLR product, make absolutely sure that you read and understand the PLR license agreement. This is vital. If you don't follow the rules, you can be sued by the creator of the product.

Once you fully understand what your rights are, the next thing to do is to change the product. You do not want to distribute or sell a product that is identical to something that others are distributing or selling. Change the title, go through and change some of the text, change all graphics and links within the product, and of course change the graphic that you will use to promote the product (the eBook cover).

Making these changes is not difficult, but if you find that it is difficult for you, or that you simply do not have the time to deal with it, do consider hiring a ghostwriter. Ghostwriters are surprisingly inexpensive, and can get the work done faster than you can in most cases.

If you are giving the product away to promote another product, it doesn't have to be very long in length. Ten to twenty pages will suffice. If you are selling it as an entry level product, however, you do need to ensure that the product is actually worth more than you intend to sell it for. This may mean that you need to add additional information to the product.

The whole concept here is that in most cases, all of the research has been done for you, and the majority of the work has been done. While this doesn't give you an instant entry level product, depending on how much work needs to be done to the product, you can have it on the market within twenty-four to forty-eight hours.

You can also use it as an entry level product that is meant to test the waters - or the market. Take that PLR eBook on Geraniums, make sure it has some value to it, and start selling it at an entry level price. See how well it does. If it doesn't do well at all, you will know that this may not be a profitable market for you, and you will save yourself a great deal of time, effort, and money by not creating a Geranium product.

On the other hand, you may find that there is a huge demand in the Geranium niche. You can use the product to verify that, build a list of people interested in Geraniums, and get to work on a mid-level or back end product for that market right away!
