Today, I’m going to do the same thing but on another card that is gaining popularity among Malaysians nowadays. Let me share with you folks what I know about Al Rajhi ATM VISA Debit cards here today.
- Yes, you can use Al Rajhi ATM VISA Debit cards to withdraw or transfer funds from your PayPal account into your card.
- The bad news is that you cannot use Al Rajhi ATM VISA Debit cards to verify your PayPal account in their PayPal Expanded Use program.
- You can have your own Al Rajhi ATM VISA Debit card by either opening up a new savings or currents account.
- You only need to pay an initial deposit of RM20.00 (they would ask for RM200.00 first) to open a new savings account and RM500.00 for a new currents account.
- You will get your Al Rajhi ATM VISA Debit card on the very same day that you opened your account. Extremely fast and convenient!
- Officially, funds withdrawn from any PayPal accounts into Al Rajhi ATM VISA Debit cards would take 5 to 30 business days. My last PayPal funds withdrawal into my Al Rajhi ATM VISA Debit card however only took 2 business days! Incredibly fast!

Yes, you certainly can withdraw funds from PayPal to Tune Card Visa Prepaid. That's what I've heard from people who are using it.
