Celcom Broadband problems: What do you hate most about Celcom Broadband in 2010?

I have to say that I’m getting pretty sick and tired of Celcom Broadband but I refuse to believe that subscribers of Celcom Broadband could not do anything to improve the quality of service. I believe that if we make enough noise, those behind Celcom Broadband are bound to listen and do something about it! :(
