Samsung is mad, absolutely mad! They kept on pushing and pushing the envelope and today I discovered that they have pushed the envelope even further after they revealed their latest LCD TV, touted as the world’s slimmest LCD TV that’s only 3.9mm thick! Delicious photos included.

As you can from the last photo, the LCD TV is either thinner or slightly bigger than the width of a common pencil. Samsung still has no idea what they want to name their new super thin LCD TV but as of time of writing, everyone seems to refer it as the Needle Slim TV. Not much is known about the new LCD TV. All I know right now is that it is a 3.9mm thin, 40” LED-backlit 120Hz LCD TV that has a not-so-amazing contrast ratio of 5000:1.
