If I’m not mistaken, the awesome camera was first launched in Japan but now it seems that it has been released to those lucky Americans. I have to be honest here; I really don’t know how to describe this spectacular camera, its specification details totally blew me over and the fact that I’m not familiar with 3D photography is not helping me either. :(

All I know is that FinePix Real 3D W1 camera has Fujinon lenses and CCD sensors that allows it to shoot still images and movies in both 3D and of course 2D. The best thing is that you don’t have to wear 3D glasses to enjoy 3D images taken with FinePix Real 3D W1 camera. The camera is only part of the FinePix REAL 3D system, the other unit that comes along with the whole package is a 3D digital viewer, FinePix REAL 3D V1. This is the reason why you don’t need 3D glasses. The 3D digital viewer has an 8” LCD display screen that allows users to playback 3D/2D still images and movies taken with that FinePix Real 3D W1 camera.

Do you know how much those Americans have to fork out to get the whole FinePix REAL 3D system?

$599.95 for the camera and $499.95 for the viewer!
