Unknown to a lot of people, Pixel Qi is a company that produces Epaper screens and HDTVs with super low-power consumptions but it is their Epaper screens that are making waves at the moment. Pixel Qi’s Epaper screens are really special, check this out:

• They have super fast video rate update (refresh)
• They are cheaper than common LCD screens
• They are only using ½ to ¼ of the power consumed by common LCD screens
• Their super low-power consumption increases battery life up to 5 times longer

Pixel Qi really believe that their Epaper screens will revolutionize netbooks and eBook readers later this year and yesterday Mary Lou Jepsen (founder & CEO) gave us glimpses of their new 3qi/Epaper screens. Take a look!
