How to buy and sell things on Twitter? Follow Tweebay

Tweebay or Tweeb Bay allows Twitterers to buy and sell things on Twitter and the service is provided free of charge.

To sell or buy things on Twitter via Tweebay (Tweeb Bay), Twitterers must first follow @tweebay. Only then Twitterers can add new listings to showcase things they want to sell at Twitter via Tweebay (Tweeb Bay). Each Tweebay listing has 240 characters of item description and Twitterers can use it to describe things that they want to sell. Twitterers can also upload photos to better describe their item descriptions (one photo per listing). Examples of Tweebay listings are shown down below. Just like eBay, Twitterers can also bid on items listed at Tweebay and the highest bid will of course win. :)
