Microsoft: The Future, Delicious

Those who have watched Microsoft’s latest advertisement featuring Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld (shown down below) have been wondering what the ad was all about. I saw it for the first time a few hours ago and I have no idea too.

Thanks to Michael Arrington from TechCrunch, we finally have some answers:
In an email we’ve obtained from Microsoft SVP Bill Veghte to all employees, he talks about the goals of the campaign. The overall goal is to inspire consumers and “tell the story of how Windows enables a billion people around the globe to do more with their lives today.” This first phase, he says, “is designed to engage consumers and spark a new conversation about Windows – a conversation that will evolve as the campaign progresses, but will always be marked by humor and humanity.”

You may hate Microsoft but you can never deny the fact that Microsoft has helped millions and billions of people. I have to admit that Microsoft has helped me too and I might as well take this opportunity to thank Microsoft.

Thank you Microsoft!

Some of you may not like what I’m about to say but hey, Apple is for rich nerds! :-)

Yeah, I'd like to thank Microsoft for all of the millions of hours it has wasted with its reboots and blue screens of death. Oh, and let's not forget the billions of dollars wasted on having to upgrade or trash your pc because it didn't have enough oomph to run the newer, more bloated version of Windows that just hit the market. Thanks for nothing!

We thank Microsoft for developing a billions dollar antivirus and malware industry.
