Do you know that Nokia users recently have identified 6 winning features of the new Nokia X6 smartphone that if we look closely upon inspection, can actually rival the illustrious iPhone 3GS? Read on for more.
Nokia X6 has 6 winning features that can rival the iPhone 3GS
1. Nokia X6 has a super smooth and super sensitive 3.2” capacitive touchscreen
I have covered this on November 27th after discovering that Nokia users are head over heels about Nokia X6’s capacitive touchscreen. Both smartphones, the iPhone 3GS and Nokia X6, have capacitive touchscreens but the iPhone’s touchscreen is slightly wider than Nokia X6’s but let’s not dwell too much on that. I have to admit, nobody ‘dares’ to compare Nokia X6’s touchscreen with the iPhone 3GS's but after watching countless video reviews, I can say that Nokia X6’s capacitive touchscreen is just as great, if not better than the iPhone 3GS’s. :)
2. Nokia X6 has 32GB of internal memory
Sure, the iPhone 3GS has a 32GB model that will cost you $299 but what’s up with the other option, the 16GB model? Giving you options or utter nonsense?
Nokia knows that phone users these days need big storage to store music, photos, games, videos, files and etc. That’s why Nokia provides Nokia X6 users with plenty of internal storage space and everyone gets it.
3. Nokia X6 comes with free 6 million-plus music tracks
Nokia X6 supports Nokia’s Comes with Music program and that gives users free unlimited access to millions of music tracks. Good news for music lovers but what about those iPhone users?
Bear in mind that the iPhone endorses and supports Digital Rights/Restrictions Management (DRM). Ouch… ;)
4. Nokia X6 has killer looks
What can I say; Nokia X6 is simply stunning! Nokia X6 has a sleek, trendy candy-bar form factor that in my personal opinion, clearly put the iPhone 3GS to shame. Frankly speaking, I’m sick and tired of the iPhone. The iPhone 3GS is the 3rd generation iPhone but it still maintains its old and boring solid brick-looking looks. Just take a look at some of those other cool smartphones (example; Motorola DROID/Milestone) we have in the market today; they made the iPhone look like a bloody toy!
5. Nokia X6 has a cool new home screen
The iPhone 3GS allows you to create up to 11 home screens (add up to 159 applications) but what happens when you do that to your iPhone? Figure it out on your own since I don’t want to sound like I’m bashing Apple’s iPhone on this post.
Nokia X6 on the other hand seems to observe KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid), giving users simple, clean and minimalistic but customizable home screens. Quite different than what we normally see on other Nokia Symbian S60 phones.
6. Nokia X6 has a 5-megapixel camera
Last but not least, Nokia X6 clearly has a better camera (example of photos taken with a 5-megapixel cameraphone) than the iPhone 3GS and there’s not much that you can do with a 3-megapixel camera these days. ;)
